GRECO, El (b. 1541, Candia, d. 1614, Toledo) The Last Supper c. 1568 Oil on panel, 43 x 52 cm Pinacoteca Nazionale, Bologna This unsigned painting evinces a similar technique as the signed ("by the hand of Domenikos") Modena Triptych, which is a key reference work for the early paintings of El Greco. In the Last Supper the perspective space is still quite simply structured.
